The pool area is fun, and the game room kept the kids entertained. The walls are thin, so noise from neighbors can be disruptive. Overall clean rooms and friendly staff. Parking fees are a bit steep.

Pleasant stay, pleasant experience with friendly staff that assisted us throughout our visit and delicious food options readily available in the food court that catered to various tastes.

Everything was first-rate.

Great match for a quick stopover in Orlando with good price-value balance. Free shuttles to the parks were excellent.

Great free Wi-Fi and 24-hour security. Noisy at night from nearby guests.

The game room was a hit with the kids, keeping them entertained for hours. Walls were pretty thin, so we heard a lot of noise from neighbors at night.

The shuttles to the parks are prompt and practically have a personal driver vibe. The food options are surprisingly good, especially the meat lovers pizza that hit the spot after a long day.

Check-in was as smooth as a rock slide.

Great location near Universal and International Drive! The hotel’s cleanliness and friendly staff stood out. housekeeping inconsistency was frustrating; one room was cleaned daily, while the other was missed multiple times. The shuttles were super convenient, but the crowded lobby at peak times felt chaotic. Dining options were plentiful, yet the giant cafeteria vibe might overwhelm those needing a quieter space. Check-in was slow, causing some frustration, but the comfortable beds and nice amenities made up for it. A little more attention to detail would really elevate the experience. Would consider returning, despite some hiccups.

We had a fantastic time at the Wizarding World of Harry PotterTM at Universal's Islands of Adventure. The VelociCoaster was thrilling, and the park opening was magical. The kids loved the pools, play areas, and game room!

My kids wished for more kid-friendly activities.

Clean rooms and friendly staff make this hotel a reliable choice. The pool area is a highlight, especially for kids, with a fun sun shelf. Food options are affordable and good, though slightly pricier than expected. Great variety means you'll never go hungry. housekeeping could improve; service was missed once. Noise can be an issue due to thin walls. Keycard access for early park entry had complications, emphasizing attention to detail during check-in. Convenient amenities like Starbucks and timely shuttles add value. Minor trash concerns at the pool need addressing. Despite some drawbacks, the overall experience promises fun and comfort. A solid choice for family vacations. Will return.

I had an amazing stay with easy access to Universal Studios parks just a quick shuttle ride away, plus there are tons of nearby attractions like the Orlando International Premium Outlets only 2 km away and places like Ripley's Believe It or Not and the Titanic Exhibition both within 1.5 km, making it super convenient for weekend strolls and explorations of Orlando;

The bathroom was a nightmare; the door swung the wrong way, nearly trapping me against the shower. Plus, the lack of a handheld showerhead made bathing my daughter a real struggle. Who designs a family-friendly space like this?

It kept us comfortable throughout our visit, especially during those hot afternoons. The presence of tea and coffee facilities in the room was a nice touch, allowing us to start our mornings with a hot cup of coffee. One area that could use improvement is the dining table in the suite. It was a bit small for our family of five, making it challenging to enjoy meals together comfortably. while the free Wi, Fi in the rooms was convenient, the signal was sometimes weak, causing intermittent connectivity issues. We appreciated the provision of free toiletries, which saved us from having to pack extra items. The flat, screen TV was a great addition for unwinding in the evenings, but the lack of clear help guides made navigating it a bit confusing. The carpeted floor in our suite was cozy, but we did notice it could use a thorough cleaning as it seemed a bit dusty. Another positive aspect was the option for car hire services, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. we did experience some inconsistencies with housekeeping. While the team was friendly, there were occasions when our suite was not cleaned promptly, leading to some frustrations. Lastly, the laundry facilities on, site were handy, allowing us to freshen up our clothes during our stay. our experience at Dockside Inn had its ups and downs, but we were able to enjoy our time there despite the minor issues we encountered.

Room was cozy with a good view, and the vibe was right for mingling. The catering was top-notch; we enjoyed some nice finger foods during the celebration.

Sure, it wasn’t budget-friendly, but you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, providing a good night's rest. Temperature control worked well, but the noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, making it less ideal for light sleepers. While clean, the floor could have used more attention upon arrival. The kitchenette was nice but lacked proper cutlery and crockery, limiting meal options. Storage space was minimal, which may be challenging for longer stays. The atmosphere was friendly, with attentive staff. Constant shuttle service to Universal was convenient, enhancing the overall experience.

We loved our spacious, clean room on the 10th floor with a lovely view. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the free shuttles to Universal were a game-changer. the thin walls and noise from cheer groups at night were quite disruptive, impacting our restful experience.

I got to sneak into the parks an hour early, feeling like a VIP. The hotel is a cheap escape with a cool beach vibe, plus a free fitness center and games room. The kids' activities made me feel like a kid again.

Who needs room service? Definitely not me.

My friends and I had a blast at the parks, riding the Jurassic World VelociCoaster and exploring The Wizarding World of Harry PotterTM. The hotel had awesome amenities like two pools, a gym, and game room for us to chill between epic adventures.

Would be great to have a more happening nightlife scene for us young party animals! .

The pool was heated and enjoyable, with quick shuttles to the park and efficient communication with the hotel staff via SMS. The food at the market was diverse, and the friendly staff kept everything clean and fresh, offering great value for the price.

The beds were smaller and firmer than expected, leading to discomfort. The hotel's size made navigation challenging, especially with noisy late-night student groups disrupting sleep.

Our room was clean, decently sized, and comfortable. the shuttle service to and from the parks was exceptional, with minimal wait times. the on-site dining options were varied and delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the food at Pier 8. the hotel's modern and well-kept facilities exceeded our expectations. the shuttle buses and cafeteria were convenient features that added to our enjoyable stay.

Nothing that i didn't like 😊

We had an amazing time at this hotel, which had all the services we needed for our Orlando vacation as a couple. The rooms were modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and a pool view. The pool was large and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures. The shuttle service to Universal made getting to the parks a breeze, and having access to Avis rental car service right in the hotel was so convenient. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms kept us connected throughout our stay.

That all the rooms had two queen beds instead of a larger one. We asked to be moved to a room with a larger bed but were told they didn't exist in the hotel.
